IV Therapy in San Antonio — Physician-Supervised at THEIA
Physician-supervised vitamin drips, hydration and NAD+ infusions — administered by RNs in a private suite.
About IV Therapy
Considered care, calibrated to you.
IV therapy delivers vitamins, minerals, amino acids and hydration directly into the bloodstream, bypassing digestive absorption for near-complete bioavailability. At THEIA in Stone Oak, our IV therapy program in San Antonio is prescribed by our Texas-licensed Medical Director and administered by registered nurses under written standing delegation orders — not a walk-in vitamin bar. Every patient completes a brief medical intake before their first drip so we can screen contraindications, review medications and match a protocol to your goals: hydration and recovery, immune support, energy and cognitive performance, athletic recovery, hangover relief, or longevity-focused NAD+ infusions. Drips run 30–60 minutes in a private treatment room. Longevity Program design is led by our Mexico-trained regenerative medicine specialist, Dra. Ailed, whose protocols are reviewed and prescribed by the Medical Director for delivery in Texas.

Questions
Frequently asked.
How much does IV therapy cost in San Antonio?
Single drips typically range from $150 (basic hydration) to $250–$350 (Myers', immunity, beauty), with NAD+ protocols priced separately based on dose. Membership pricing is available for monthly protocols. Transparent pricing at consultation.
Is IV therapy safe?
Under physician supervision with an RN administering, yes — for appropriately screened patients. We review kidney function, cardiac status and medications before infusing. Rare risks (infiltration, bruising, allergic reaction) are discussed at intake.
How often should I get IV therapy?
Depends on your goal. Recovery/hangover drips are one-offs. Wellness and immunity protocols are commonly monthly. NAD+ courses run as loading series followed by maintenance.
Who administers the IV?
A Registered Nurse under written standing delegation orders from our Texas-licensed Medical Director. This is a medical procedure, not a spa service.
Can I combine IV therapy with other treatments?
Yes — many patients pair IV drips with facials, PRP or on the same day as a Botox visit. Longevity patients often combine NAD+ with peptide therapy under a coordinated plan.
Do you offer NAD+?
Yes. See our NAD+ therapy page for protocols, dosing and how it fits within a longevity plan.
