Our Texas-licensed Medical Director conducts every intake, reviews labs when indicated and writes each prescription. Protocols are matched to specific goals: soft-tissue recovery and gut repair (BPC-157), growth hormone secretagogues for lean-mass and sleep quality (CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin), thymic and immune support (Thymosin Alpha-1), and metabolic or cognitive protocols selected case-by-case. Peptide programs are designed by our founding protocol lead, trained and experienced in regenerative aesthetic medicine in Mexico, and prescribed for Texas delivery by the Medical Director. How much does peptide therapy cost in San Antonio?

Are peptides FDA-approved?
Some peptides are FDA-approved drugs (e.g. tesamorelin, semaglutide). Others are compounded from licensed 503A pharmacies on individual prescription and are not FDA-approved as finished drugs. We disclose the regulatory status of each peptide we prescribe at consultation.
Do peptides have side effects?
Side effects vary by peptide — GH secretagogues can cause water retention or mild tingling; BPC-157 is generally well tolerated. We screen for contraindications, monitor at follow-up and adjust dose to keep the program tolerable.
Can peptides help with weight loss?
GLP-1 agonists (semaglutide, tirzepatide) are the evidence-based peptides for weight loss and have their own program page. Other peptides may support recovery and body composition but are not a substitute for GLP-1 in appropriate patients.
How are peptides administered?
Most are self-administered as subcutaneous injections using an insulin syringe. Our clinical staff trains you on reconstitution, injection technique and safe storage.
Who is not a candidate?
Pregnancy, active malignancy and certain endocrine or cardiac conditions are contraindications for specific peptides. All patients are screened by our Medical Director before prescribing.
